IMMUNIZATIONS: We reserve the right to contact your veterinarian to confirm your pet is up-to-date on immunizations and preventatives.

PRIVACY: At Tracks 4 Treats, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We collect personal information, such as names, addresses, and contact information, in order to provide our services and communicate with our customers. We will never share or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent. We use appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and will take all reasonable steps to keep your personal data accurate and up to date. If you have any questions about our privacy policy or the way in which we handle your personal information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Subscription Billing: Upon cancellation, please note that we do not issue refunds for the current subscription month. Any payments already made for the current month will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Access to Services Until End of Subscription Term: Although no refunds are issued, you will continue to have access to your subscribed services until the end of your current subscription term. This means you can still enjoy all the benefits of your subscription until the last day of your current billing cycle.

Automatic Cancellation at End of Subscription Term: Your subscription will automatically cease at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for any subsequent periods after your cancellation request.

Communication of Price Changes: Whenever possible, T4T will provide advance notice of price changes via direct communication channels such as email or social media notifications.

Subscription Price Stability: At the time of any price change notice, the pricing for your current month’s subscription with Tracks 4 Treats will remain unchanged. The new pricing will only be applied in the following billing cycle.

Unnotified Absence Policy: If a customer does not inform Tracks 4 Treats (T4T) of their inability to attend a scheduled subscription appointment and the gym operator arrives at the designated location, the appointment will be counted as a utilized session within the customer’s subscription plan.

Responsibility to Cancel Subscription: It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to use our services. You can initiate the cancellation process through your invoice receipt or by contacting our customer support team.

Responsibility to Cancel Booking: It is your responsibility to cancel your appointment if you are no longer able to be available to attend your appointment window. You can initiate the cancellation process through your appointment confirmation email or by contacting our customer support team. Failure to do so will result in a $35 No-Show Fee.

Outiside of Service Area: For clients outside of our service area we will charge a travel fee based on the calculated distance. https://tracks4treats.com/services-areas/

Changes to Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately and communicated to you through appropriate channels.

INJURIES: While we do our best to ensure the safest environment for your loved pets, injuries do not normally take place but there is always a risk. If an injury were to occur, Tracks 4 Treats shall immediately notify the owner and will not be held liable for any veterinarian fees.

PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards. Payment is required at the conclusion of the session. There will be a $15.00 surcharge for non-sufficient funds.

PHOTOS: Tracks 4 Treats reserves the right to take photos of the pets we see to periodically share on our social media platforms. If you do not want your pet photographed, please notify the fitness coach.
